Media and Communication Studies at the University of Mannheim offer a valuable interdisciplinary perspective on media and communication systems, processes, products, and reception in contemporary societies. The Institute provides high-quality undergraduate and graduate education in media and communication theory and research, focusing particularly on audiovisual media and theories of public mediated communication.
